Energist Ultra - Skin Rejuvenator
The Challenge
Energist wanted to develop the first of a new line of Variable Pulse Light based hair removal and cosmetic skin treatment products, specifically targeted for use in the multi-million pound Japanese market.
The Solution
Whilst creating a product architecture that could be rolled out across the new range, a modular system was arrived at to minimise tooling costs and allow flexibility for future developments of larger and smaller units.
The product design team at GX developed efficient assembly and maintenance techniques to ensure that costs are kept low, and worked with Energist to obtain the necessary FDA approvals.
The Result
An extremely effective and low cost unit now well established in the Japanese and American markets.
