As sponsors of the NHS Judges Award at this year’s MediWales Innovations Award GX Group’s managing director Mark Helmich was delighted to learn that E2L, a Monmouthshire company that they also work with was among the collaborators on the winning project.
GX Group and E2L are frequently called upon for their expertise in developing conceptual prototypes for medical products, which is what fellow winners, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board enlisted E2L’s help for. Their award winning project focused on developing a wearable device to allow patients who have a tracheostomy to lead a more active life.
